Our firm has successfully resolved the long-standing commercial dispute between our client, Evyap Egypt, and its former agent, Al-Fath Company. The Alexandria Court of Appeal ruled to dismiss the agent’s claim for compensation and ordered them to pay all outstanding arrears to our client. Whereas the Court rejected the defendant company’s claim for the payment of compensation in the amount of one million Egyptian pounds, it instead ordered the company to pay the sum of five hundred thousand Egyptian pounds in favor of our client.
