Mosheer Law Firm successfully resolved the dispute between Rani Refreshments Company and its goods distributor, Arab Trading and Distribution Company, whereby the Cairo Court of Appeal, in Appeal No. 1276/28 J, rendered a judgment overturning the previously issued ruling in favor of the distributor company, which had awarded compensation in the amount of EGP 2 million.
