Pursuant to the report filed by Mosheer Law Firm with the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Police and the Supply Police, entities counterfeiting the trademark ‘Rani’ under the names ‘Dani’ and ‘Ani’ were uncovered. Accordingly, the competent Misdemeanor Court has ruled to refer the defendants to the Economic Court.
